Withdrawing Funds Back to Your Wallet
When you are ready to pull funds out, the withdrawal queue runs through the same rails you deposited on. We route PayPal and Venmo withdrawals back to the originating account by default — this is how we keep the money chain clean and reduce friction at the verification stage. Play+ withdrawals return to your prepaid card balance, which you can then spend
or transfer from there. Before any withdrawal clears our side, our account system checks that your identity documents are on file and current. If anything is missing, the system flags it and tells you exactly what to upload rather than silently holding the request.
- Head to Withdrawals — Inside the cashier tab, switch to the withdrawals panel. Your current available balance and any pending amounts are shown at the top.
- Pick Your Payout Method — Select the wallet you want funds sent to — PayPal, Venmo or Play+. We default to the method you deposited with most recently.
- Enter the Amount and Submit — Type the withdrawal amount, review the summary screen and submit. Our account team processes requests in the order they are received.
- Complete Any Verification Step — If your account flags a pending document check, upload the required file directly in the prompt. Cleared accounts move through the queue without interruption.
